It’s been some time since I have posted to the blog. There’s a pretty good reason for that. As most of you know I spent the better part of the last 5 years teaching culinary arts at Tarrant County College and Collin College. I appreciated the opportunities that afforded me, but as things change, so do I.
The opportunity presented itself to change directions and change directions I certainly have. I have opened, Humble: Simply Good Pies, a brick and mortar retail pie shop in Dallas. This business has been quite the adventure. It has kept me from continuing to serve as a personal chef and caterer.
I will leave the page content here if there is interest, but the likelihood of being able to drop everything to do a catering job is slim these days.
